3 Registration and Account
To use ZEUSxPay services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains current and accurate
Important Note:
You must be at least 18 years old to use ZEUSxPay services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4 Fees and Payment
ZEUSxPay operates on a transaction-based fee structure. Our fees are transparently displayed and calculated as follows:

5 Prohibited Activities
When using ZEUSxPay services, you agree not to:

- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- Process fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Use the service to harm minors in any way
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and we may report suspected illegal activities to relevant authorities.
6 Limitation of Liability
ZEUSxPay provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations
- We are not liable for third-party actions or blockchain network issues
Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
7 Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. ZEUSxPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
Upon termination:
- Your access to ZEUSxPay services will be discontinued
- Any pending transactions will be processed according to our standard procedures
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or obligations
- We will provide reasonable assistance in data export (subject to technical limitations)
